Well.. I thought better late than never. Kinda wanted to but never saw the practical use of this concept. So here we go...

ADAPT

So after four months of absolutely no parkour activity at all and not a lot of exercise either (aside from general running and stretches) I sought after pk again. It was open gym and not a lot of us there. I could barely remember any of the vaults or techniques off the bat so I started from the lazy to kong to speed to spin etc.. a few tacs, but not much to show for. Then I had the question, "Have I degraded at all in the last four months?" This thought eventually got me to get a vault and konging it... then putting foot and half blocks in front of it. The biggest possible distance I could do four months ago was at roughly waist high was 5 feet with barely any confidence. By the end of the gym time I was vaulting (poorly konging) 6 feet in distance with no fears or worries.

Notes:
I hope to increase this distance and improve my technique next opportunity I get.

ADAPT

Well I can do roughly 4 foot high 7 foot length speed vaults. Balance is coming along nicely just need to work on turning. I cannot do the punch set up for a kong well, so I'm stuck with the gallop.
